Grant is a Professional Engineer and is registered in 14 states. Grant has been President of Grant's Mechanical, Inc. since it was founded in 1975.

Paul LinstadPaul Linstad, Vice President
Paul has an extensive construction background and is one of Grant's Mechanical's Project Managers & Estimators. He has been with Grant's Mechanical Inc. since April 1985.


Paul CorcoranPaul Corcoran, Corporate Treasurer, Corporate Secretary
Paul has a B.S. in Business Economics. He has been employed with Grant's Mechanical Inc. since March, 1979.




Jeremey JohnsonAmy Beaton, Manager of Engineering Services, LEED AP
Amy has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University. She has been in the Mechanical Engineering field since 1991 and is currently Manager of Engineering Services Department for Grant’s Mechanical. Amy Is a LEED Accredited Professional Since July 2008.

Steve HoepfnerSteve Hoepfner, PE, Project Manager
Steve is a graduate of North Dakota State University and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Steve has been with the company since 2008.



Cody ReilandCody Reiland, Master Plumber, Instructor
Cody has been working for Grant's Mechanical Inc since August 2000 and is a graduate of the Grant's Mechanical Skilled Trade School. Cody was a Project Manager before becoming an instructor for Grant's Mechanical.



Joyce JohnsonJoyce Johnson, Board of Directors
Joyce has been with the company since March 1981. She has extensive experience in business and office.




Marc ErbesMarc Erbes, Master Electrician
Marc received his Masters in 2001 for North Dakota and Minnesota. He attended Moorhead Vocational College in 1989 receiving an Associate in Construction Electricity. Marc has been employed with Grants Mechanical since June 2009.


Allen SchimmelAllen Schimmel, Project Manager
Allen has an Associate's Degree in Plumbing along with over 11 years of plumbing experience in the field. Allen has been employed with Grant's Mechanical Inc. since September 2007.


Andrew BinstockAndrew Binstock, Project Manager
Andrew has been employed with Grant's Mechanical Inc. since September 2007. He is a 2011 graduate from the Grant's Mechanical Inc. Apprenticeship Program.



Mark RobertsdahlMark Robertsdahl, Superintendent
Mark joined the company in December 1982. Mark graduated from North Dakota State School of Science with a degree in Business Management. Mark brings experience as a Shop Foreman and Sheet Metal Fabricator. Mark oversees all operations from the Fabrication Shop to the field.

Perry RonningPerry Ronning, Director of Apprenticeship
Perry joined Grant’s Mechanical Inc in October 2010. He is a graduate of North Dakota State College of Science and has taught auto technology at Fargo South High for nearly a decade. Perry also works in local residential and commercial building code enforcement.
